Boostsuri Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and hassle-free return and refund process. Please read through our Refund and Returns Policy to understand how it works.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must not be on our non-returnable list (see below).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Opened or used baby care products (e.g., diapers, wipes, etc.)
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide Order Details: Include your order number and the items you wish to return. If your return is due to a defective or damaged product, please provide photos or videos of the issue.
  3. Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with return instructions and the address to ship the item back to us.
  4. Ship the Product: Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them back to the address provided by our customer service team.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified via email. Please note the following:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
  • If you used a discount code or coupon, the refund will be based on the discounted price.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in processing an exchange, subject to product availability.

If the requested item is out of stock or unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@boostsuri.com with the following:

  • Photos or videos of the damaged or defective product.
  • Your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra charge, depending on your preference.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. After the 24-hour window, cancellations may not be possible.

8. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you paid via credit card, the refund will be processed back to the same card. If you paid via PayPal or another method, the refund will be processed back to that account.
